23X Chiparvestor Whole Tree Chipper

Morbark 23X Chiparvestor® whole tree chippers are built to last. The improved chipper hood design allows for better access to the disc during inspections and maintenance, while the 23" (58.42 cm) chipping diameter tackles some of the larger trees. Each chipper disc is put through ultrasonic testing, making it the best chipper disc in the industry. Like the previous Model 23 Chiparvestors, the 23X uses a 75″ (190.5 cm) diameter x 5″ (12.7 cm) thick chipper disc to chip large volumes of wood, while the built-in dirt separator with deflector keeps the end product clean. Key improvements of the 23X over the previous models include increased ground clearance with four super single flotation tires for mobilization on uneven logging jobs; 8'4″ (2.54 m) width for legal transport worldwide; a simplified feed system that includes a two-wheel hydraulic feed system consisting of a 28.75″ x 42″ (73 cm x 106.68 cm) top feed wheel and 13″ x 42″ (33.2 cm x 106.68 cm) bottom feed wheel; a large work platform for easier and safer disc inspections and maintenance; and much more! 

40/36 Whole Tree Drum Chipper
The Morbark 40/36 Whole Tree Drum Chipper is a compact, affordable, productive drum chipper designed with the biomass industry in mind. Equipped with the same internal drive perfected on Morbark horizontal grinders, along with an extra wide feed opening, the 40/36 aggressively feeds brushy tops and limbs, quickly and effortlessly filling a chip van to maximum legal load capacity. Morbark's Advantage 3 Drum produces more consistent chips, while the heat-treated, AR-450 steel drum skin provides longer wear life for lower replacement costs and less downtime. The feed system is more efficient due to a staggered knife configuration and contains fewer moving parts, reducing maintenance. With low fuel consumption per ton produced, this unit is economical. At 8'6″ (2.59 m) wide this compact unit is easily transportable and requires no permits to move.

223 Stand-Alone Flail

The 223 Flail is designed to work in conjunction with chippers like the Morbark 23 Chiparvestor®, the 40/36 Whole Tree Drum Chipper or similar machines. With a large 56" x 23" (142.24 cm x 58.42 cm) infeed opening, the 223 accepts logs up to 23" (58.42 cm) in diameter at a feed rate from 70-150 feet per minute. The Morbark Integrated Control System allows for fine adjustment of feed rate and flail drum speed so that bark removal is maximized and removal of "good" fiber is minimized for superior end products.

Model 30 Chiparvestor Whole Tree Chipper

The largest in the line, the Morbark Model 30 Chiparvestor is designed for power! This aggressive machine features a chipper disc that is 5″ (12.7 cm) thick and weighs 8,000 lb (3,628.74 kg), making it perfect for the toughest of jobs. With an 83″ (210.82 cm) disc and a three- or four-wheel hydraulic feed wheel compression system, this machine is fully equipped to handle what you give it. Customizable options include a three- or four-knife chipper disc, tri-axle, reversing fan, track option and many more, making it ideal for any of your needs. Increase your efficiency with the optional cab and loader, which boasts a lift capacity of 20,000 lb (9,071.85 kg) at 10′ (3.05 m).
